Luméa Lights began with a simple idea — that a candle should be worth the room it sits in. We blend our fragrances, pour our wax and finish every vessel by hand in the UK, in batches small enough to get right.

Are Luméa candles really 100% soy wax?

Yes. Every candle is poured with 100% natural soy wax — no paraffin and no blends. Soy burns cooler and cleaner than paraffin, so the fragrance releases gradually and the candle lasts longer.

How long do your candles burn?

Our glass jar candles give approximately 35–40 hours. To get the most from any candle, trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn, let the wax melt fully across the surface on the first burn, and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard UK delivery then takes 2–4 business days and express takes 1–2. International delivery is 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return a candle if it isn't right?

Yes — you have 14 days from delivery. Candles need to be unused and in their original packaging, and you'll need your order confirmation. Email info@lumealights.com and we'll send return instructions.

Do they arrive ready to give as a gift?

They do. Our glass jar candles come in a black and gold presentation box, and the tinned candles have a premium matte finish. No extra wrapping needed.

Are they vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Soy wax is plant-derived, the wicks are lead-free cotton, and no animal products are used anywhere in our candles or packaging.
